As a recovering people pleaser and professional gold-star chaser myself, I see you out there taking care of everybody but you. And on paper, I bet life is pretty good! You “should” be happy. You genuinely are grateful. But something is not right- sometimes it feels like you're living the wrong life altogether. And now you find yourself spending more and more time (and money, and energy) on coping mechanisms that only turn up the volume of self-criticism and shame.
Most people come to me to address a behavior, or the way they’re coping- drinking, smoking, spending, overworking, or eating in a way that makes them feel terrible. And they’ve tried to change… secretly, quietly, without letting the cracks show. How frustrating, when they’re so good at controlling everything else!
If you can relate, my guess is that the very wise inner-you believes you could not survive your life any other way.
I know how it feels to want to want to change. But there is something in the way of taking action that works.
But you found your way to me! And sorry not sorry, you aren’t going to find any judgement here. In fact, I am not going to take away your coping mechanism, or try to convince you to change anything you aren’t ready to let go of. What I will do is help you untangle the “shoulds,” uncover what is driving your behavior, develop the least harmful way of coping available, and design a life you don’t need to escape from.
You are not broken! You just need help peeling back layers of survival so you can meet the self who is waiting underneath. The self who trusts your choices, honors your needs, and lives a life that belongs to you.

My work incorporates decades of personal and professional experience, and pulls from 3 modalities: coaching, hypnotherapy, and yoga.
Together, these create a bridge between mind, body and behavior.
Coaching offers clarity and direction. We’ll identify the patterns, habits, and choices that no longer serve you and create practical steps toward a life that does.
Hypnotherapy works beneath the surface, gently shifting the subconscious beliefs that keep you repeating old cycles so change can take root where it matters most.
Yoga reconnects you to your body, building awareness, nervous system regulation, and trust in your own inner signals. Lasting transformation happens when the body feels safe enough to let it.
How we blend these tools will be customized for your unique needs. This integrated approach is shame-free, judgement-free, and centered on you: who you are now, who you are becoming, and the life you actually want to live.
How does it all work?
First we chat!
Book a complimentary discovery call. To do so, I’ll ask you to complete a questionnaire and choose a time. In this short zoom call, we’ll get to know one another. I’ll ask you a few questions based on the form you submitted, and you can see the human behind the website (me. Liz.). If we agree it’s a good fit, we’ll discuss the best path forward.
My promise to you is that if I do not think I am best suited to help you, I’ll provide resources and/or recommendations. I am not a licensed clinician, and I cannot diagnose nor treat conditions requiring clinical levels of care.
Next, we choose a place to start.
My coaching packages integrate coaching, hypnosis, and yoga or yoga based tools. All services are delivered virtually, via zoom, Voxer voice notes, email, and occasionally video or audio files. Your individual experience is customized based on your needs, but you will select a package with a specific number of sessions and clear expectations for in-between session support.
And finally, we do the thing!
When we first meet, we will do some combination of goal setting, hypnotherapy, and coaching.
In simple terms, hypnosis is a very relaxed state that allows you to access your subconscious mind. This happens naturally many times a day! You are not asleep, I am not in control of you, and there is no risk of getting “stuck” or doing or saying anything that you would not do or say in normal consciousness. We can, however, start reprogramming your unhelpful patterns, redirect unkind self talk, and shift habitual behaviors you’ve identified.
Everything we do is collaborative! My compassion-first approach ditches judgement and gets you to a place of conscious clarity.
