What a relief it would be to trust yourself, maybe even enjoy yourself, even when the season gets… stressful.
Life is loud lately, and more than a little bit overwhelming. And a quiet, persistent voice inside of you believes things could be different if you only had some room to pause, and to breathe. In our cozy, safe space we’ll discuss how you are coping, and if there are behaviors you feel are taking more than giving, that is powerful, useful information to have. But before we make a change or set a goal, I want us both to better understand and appreciate the purpose your current tools are serving, because there is nothing to be gained by snatching your life raft before we’ve taught you to swim. So. We’ll look, we’ll understand, and we’ll celebrate every part of you along the way.

Armed with an understanding of what you are doing to cope and why, we can go deeper into your subconscious and start to reprogram old stories and habits.
In a relaxed, but fully awake state, you and I will plant seeds of change into the part of you that runs the show. Those habits you keep doing even though you promise yourself you’ll stop?
