I know (and I mean I KNOW know… like the way you know the things you really really know- ya know?), that you are doing the best you can. You’ve ALWAYS done the best you can.
But those coping tools, survival mechanisms… maybe you call them “bad habits?” They are making the world too small for the life you want, and if you’re honest, they are starting to hurt more than help.

Admitting to yourself that something isn’t working is a huge step in the direction of healing, and that acknowledgment does not mean you aren’t grateful for all you have, and proud of all you’ve worked for.
It also does not mean you’re failing! I know there are habits you hide, and late night rituals you feel ashamed of- but quite frankly that is all evidence of your strength. In a sea of overwhelm and challenges, you built yourself a raft. You are resourceful and resilient! But you need some help finding dry land. That’s where I come in.

For most people, remembering what peace feels like is the first step. Using powerful tools from hypnosis, meditation, and yoga, we’ll find a deeply relaxing experience that feels right for you. From that gentle, compassionate space, we can create a plan of action to get you feeling better, faster.

You are in a no-shame zone, and there is nothing to fear here. In our cozy, safe space we’ll discuss how you are coping, and if there are behaviors you feel are taking more than giving, that is powerful, useful information to have. But before we make a change, I want us both to better understand and appreciate the purpose your current tools are serving, because there is nothing to be gained by snatching your life raft before we’ve even taught you to swim. So. We’ll look, we’ll understand, and we’ll celebrate every part of you along the way.

Once we understand what you are doing to cope and why, we can go deeper into your subconscious and start to reprogram old stories and habits.
This includes hypnosis sessions with me, and instructions for you to continue self-hypnosis at home. It’s the type of homework you’ll be excited to do, promise!

This is where coaching and hypnosis come together as beautiful partners in this work! Understanding your coping patterns and untangling the shame and purpose from them is wonderful, but we’ll also look at small and large changes you can make so that you are spending less time surviving and more time enjoying your life. This might be as small as a daily routine to prioritize your joy, or as large as a career change.
Whatever we land on, you’ll walk away with a plan.

Your private, 12 week program includes:
An hour-long kick-off, with discussion & coaching, and a short relaxation-focused hypnosis session.
Two 75 minute hypnosis-coaching sessions each month (total of 6), including integration coaching and self-hypnosis instruction.
A final, hour-long coaching session to put all pieces together and plan your next steps.
Voice-note support (via an app called Voxer) between sessions is included to help fill in gaps and answer questions as they come up.
